Unfortunately we have to increase our shipping costs in Germany

Hello dear Dreadbag friends,

today we unfortunately have some not so good news for you. Since, unfortunately, a relatively large number of Dreadbag shipments have disappeared in the past, we are unfortunately forced to switch our Dreadbag shipping in Germany to large letters (Maxibrief) by registered mail in the next few days. That means the shipping costs increase by exactly 1 € before 4,90 € DHL parcel - no tracking - soon then 5,90 € maxi letter by registered mail with tracking.

The following advantages will arise in the future

  • Tracking for each https://www.deutschepost.de/sendung/simpleQuery.html
  • Dreadbags are delivered personally by the post office and no longer at neighbors or the like. deposited - theft almost no longer possible!
  • In case of loss, all Dreadbags are insured! This means you do not have to pay additional shipping costs with us and will get the same Dreadbag (s) again when available.

The collective order bonus unfortunately also

Unfortunately, our collective order bonus 3 Dreadbags = free shipping will also be discontinued in the future, as this was unfortunately also used by some customers to get free shipping from us. 🙁 Unfortunately, after 7 to 14 days (cancellation obligation), we often got one or two dreadbag (s) sent back and it can't really be, can it? Every exchange means extra work for us, because every Dreadbag order is of course time-consuming, such as email traffic, calls, checking account receipt, packing Dreadbags + delivering Dreadbags to the post, possibly waiting for an exchange to be returned + initiating a chargeback, and much, much more ...

We really don't want to complain here, but “luckily” we are not Amazon and Co. and do not exploit people and therefore we do not understand or tolerate such trickery! Of course we still believe in the good in people - unfortunately, as always, a few black spicy people screw up the other. Sorry for all the honest others among you who order with several dreadbags to save a few euros. 🙁

The customer is king - service, loss & goodwill

By the way: In most cases, out of goodwill, we have either sent one or more Dreadbags again free of charge to each Dreadbag customer (big minus for us) or reimbursed the total price minus the shipping costs. Because we are a very small two man company and our dreadbags + fixed costs are extremely well calculated. Unfortunately, such losses hurt us enormously and there is also less money left for charitable projects that we support. For these reasons we unfortunately have to increase the shipping costs. We hope that you understand the increase in shipping costs and continue to support us. Thanks again to all regular customers + new customers - Without you - the Dreadbag would not even exist - Thank you! 🙂
