unfortunately we have to change due to the lack of payment morale of the past months our Dreadbag policy (AGBs). The current situation, unfortunately, forces us to lower every dreadbag orders of 14 days of reservation (payment receipt) on 7 days. That means in the Klartext you can still order Dreadbags as well, only the transfer must be received within 7 days on our account. Please understand that we will cancel any Dreadbag order without notice.

PayPal - Faster Shipping!
PayPal orders are of course preferably processed by us, since the money is booked directly and we can directly pack the ordered goods and ship as soon as possible. For example: Peter from Hamburg ordered around 9: 12 clock with us two dreadbags via PayPal * ie his Dreadbag order is processed within 30 minutes by us and before 12 clock packed, thus against 13: 00 clock its two dreadbags with DHL on the way to Hamburg can do.
* PayPal incoming payments after 13 p.m. are usually sent with DHL the following day around 13 p.m. for reasons of time and logistics.

Of course, every bank works differently - our bank books all transfers every day at 14 p.m. ie it usually takes 2 working days for your money to arrive in our account + 1 day processing. Waiting period: 3 days + shipping time = 5-6 days
Why do we do this now?
Each dreadbag is usually only available to a limited extent, so it is very unfair to block a dreadbag (e.g. the last one) with an order for such a long time to our other customers. Every unpaid Dreadbag order means additional work for us, of course, i.e. checking incoming accounts several times, writing reminder emails in the event of non-payment, answering emails, making phone calls, etc. - We think that everyone can pay an invoice in 7 days if they want and that 7 days Solution for all Dreadbag customers is the fairest solution - this ensures that everyone has the opportunity to order their “wish” Dreadbag from us. And should the booth really burn, you can of course also write us an email or reach us via mobile phone - we will surely find an amicable 8-day solution. 😉
