Dreadbag affiliate program conditions

In the following Dreadbag.de DB is called.
The partner programs of Dreadbag.de are hereinafter referred to as “partner program”.
The participants in the partner programs mentioned in b) are hereinafter referred to as “partners”.
The partner network is referred to as the “partner network”.

Participation in the Affiliate Program comes about with the confirmation of the partner's application by DB and can be terminated at any time by both parties without giving reasons.
The Partner is obliged to keep his contact details stored with the partner network up to date, so that contact via e-mail and payment via PayPal is possible.
The Affiliate may not order Dreadbags through its own commission link. These commissions will be canceled directly.
The partner is responsible for the observance of copyrights, applicable trademark and other legal regulations of his web presence. Liability by DB is excluded. The partner exempts DB from the asserted claims of third parties.
DB is liable for its own website.

The Partner undertakes not to offer on its pages and social media profiles pornographic, sexual, radical, political, discriminatory, criminally relevant or contrary to the good customs content or links to such contents.

The Affiliate will not send electronic messages to third parties who do not agree with the receipt (spam).
If the partner sends messages containing the product provider's advertising material, the partner clearly identifies himself as the sender.

DB remunerates the partner 5% of each mediated (sold) dreadbag. 19% VAT will be deducted from the total price.
DB pays the partner when reaching the Provisons total from 15 € on the first of the following month his commission via the provider PayPal.
Payouts can only be paid out via the provider PayPal. The partner can register via www.PayPal.de.

DB may change these terms and conditions at its sole discretion without stating reasons.
DB will inform the partner about any changes two weeks in advance.

Should individual provisions of these conditions be or become void or ineffective, the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected. The invalid or ineffective provisions are replaced by the legal ones. This also applies to regulatory gaps.
