§1 Application to entrepreneurs and definitions

(1) The following general terms and conditions apply to all deliveries between us and a consumer in their version valid at the time of the order.

(2) "Consumers" within the meaning of these terms and conditions is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for a purpose which can not be attributed to either his commercial or his independent professional activity.

§3 Prices, Shipping Costs, Payment, Maturity

(1) The indicated prices include the legal value-added tax (Dreadbag.de = No VAT, since small business according to §19 (1) UStG.) And other price components see:

  • EU shipping - Warenpost International S EU signature (tracking + insured) = 9,90 €

Thus the complete shipping costs to the customer are compensated.

(2) If the goods are exchanged in a timely manner, the customer bears the return shipping costs. Return vouchers are not offered.

PayPal Logo (3) The consumer has the option of paying in advance (Germany), Sofortüberweisung (Germany), Giropay (Germany), iDeal (Netherlands), Bancontact (Belgium), P24 (Poland), Multibanco (Portugal), PayPal Express (worldwide ), PayPal (worldwide), credit card (worldwide - Visa, Mastercard, American Express). Important: After the cancellation period of 14 days (from the date of purchase) the PayPal fees will not be refunded for the exchange.

§4 Delivery

(1) Unless otherwise stated in the product description, all articles offered by us are ready for shipment within 2-3 Werktage and will be sent to the customer's delivery address.

(2) If the consumer has chosen payment in advance, we do not ship the goods before payment.

§4.1 Goods could not be delivered

In the event that the goods could not be delivered for any reason. The customer is obliged to collect his goods according to the general instructions of the package manufacturer. If the goods are returned to us due to our fault, we reserve the right to charge a flat rate of €2. This is especially true for international shipping, because DHL charges us for every return shipment and for this reason these costs are passed on to the customer 1:1. Please understand this. We didn't make this rule, DHL did.


§5 Retention of Title

We reserve the ownership of the goods until full payment of the purchase price.


§6 Right of Cancellation

You have the right to cancel this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, have taken or has taken possession of the goods.

In order to comply with the withdrawal period, it is sufficient that you send the notification of the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the expiry of the withdrawal period.

Consequences of cancellation

If you withdraw from this contract, we will have given you all payments that we have received from you, including the delivery costs (with the exception of the additional costs that result from choosing a different type of delivery than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us have), to be repaid immediately and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we received notification of your cancellation of this contract. For this repayment, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless something else was expressly agreed with you; In no case will you be charged any fees for this repayment.
